Areas we serve
Our office is at 1548 S. Semoran Blvd. in Orlando, and we write home, auto, business and life insurance for customers across seven counties. Most of our work happens by phone, text and email, so distance is rarely a problem.
Home base. We work with homeowners, drivers and businesses throughout Orlando, Winter Park, Apopka, Ocoee, Winter Garden and the rest of the county. Older neighborhoods near downtown often need 4-point inspections, and we see plenty of non-renewals on homes with original roofs.
Sanford, Oviedo, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs and Winter Springs. Many of our Seminole customers are families buying their first or second home, often referred by local realtors and lenders.
Kissimmee, St. Cloud and the communities near the theme parks. Along with homeowners and auto, we help owners of short-term vacation rentals find coverage written for guests, which a standard homeowners policy usually won’t cover.
Lakeland, Winter Haven, Davenport and Haines City. Parts of Polk have a history of sinkhole activity, so we talk with homeowners there about adding sinkhole coverage beyond the catastrophic ground cover collapse included in every Florida policy.
Melbourne, Palm Bay, Titusville and the beach communities. Coastal homes face higher wind exposure and flood risk, so wind mitigation credits and a separate flood policy matter more here.
Ocala and the surrounding rural areas. We insure many mobile and manufactured homes and homes on larger lots, where carrier options and requirements differ from the city.
St. Petersburg, Clearwater and the Gulf beaches. Storm surge and flooding are the big concerns, and many homes here are older. We compare carriers carefully and almost always recommend flood coverage.
